Fun is possibility

You can use everyday things to spice up your training sessions, with something like following formula:

• you can go underwater, on the surface, jump to the water

• you can go backwards, forwards, sideways

• you can go in horizontal position, vertical position, sitting position etc.

• you can switch any of the aftermentioned after certain amount of time or distance travelled

• you can add some agility excersices like flips, jumps from bottom etc. to your formula

…Now add some equipment like noodle, pull bouy, fins, pads and you can easily make up five minutes on fun water training. With equipment you get more things to your formula

• keeping equipment only with feet, hand

• keeping in over head, over your backside etc.

• pushing friend while he/she is positioned over the equipment

Possibilities are endless.
